Visa & overseas attendees
※ Visa support documents are provided only to conference ticket holders who require a visa to enter Korea. Not applicable for Expo ticket holders.
- Simultaneous interpretation (EN ↔ KR) is provided on all conference days.
- Visa invitation letters are issued only after ticket purchase is confirmed.
- Processing may take up to 4 weeks — please plan ahead.
- Visa denial is subject to the standard refund policy.
