You can see the speakers' passionate talks in person, participate in networking meet-ups, and feel the heat of the field. This year, we hope to see many of you there.

On-site attendees will have access to all gifts, snacks, meals, and more on the day of the event.

Thank you for your interest in AI Summit Seoul. We welcome attendees from around the world with English interpretation services.

Visa Invitations will only be issued after purchase of an AI Summit Seoul pass. Please be aware that depending on local processing times, visas may take up to 4 weeks to issue. Please keep this in mind when purchasing and review the Refund/Cancellation policy.

No tickets are issued or sent. Information will be sent via email near the start of the event with entry details.

If your payment is delayed due to internal organizational approvals, please contact our office to secure your seat.

Please contact the Organizers for group ticket (5+) discounts and 10+ group discounts.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

◈ 15 days or more before the event: 100% refund

◈ 8-14 days before the event : 50% refund

◈ Within 7 days of the event and No-Show : No refund

AI Summit Seoul is not responsible for visa approval and only documents can be provide by the organizer to the attendee to submit. Cancellations due to visa rejection will follow the same refund policy as standard cancellations.
